1.2 These Terms are read together with the Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosures available on the Platform.
1.3 By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2.4 Kyte Invest does not provide investment advice, portfolio management services, or guarantee any returns.
3. Access to the Platform
3.1 Access to certain features of the Platform is subject to registration, verification, and acceptance by Kyte Invest.
3.2 Kyte Invest reserves the right to modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
3.3 Kyte Invest does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable if the Platform is unavailable at any time.
4. Registration & Account Security
4.1 To access full functionality, users must register as an investor or issuer and complete applicable verification and compliance checks.
4.2 Access to the Platform may be provided through OTP-based or other authentication mechanisms.
4.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities conducted through your account shall be deemed to have been undertaken by you.
4.4 You must immediately notify Kyte Invest of any unauthorized use or security breach. Kyte Invest shall not be responsible for losses arising from your failure to secure your account.
5. User Obligations
5.1 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times and to update such information as required.
5.2 You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Platform.
5.3 You shall not:
Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform
Upload or transmit unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringing content
Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code
Engage in spam, solicitation, or abusive conduct
5.4 Kyte Invest reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms.
6. Investment Acknowledgement & Risk
6.1 All investments facilitated through the Platform involve risk, including the risk of loss of the entire invested amount.
6.2 Information displayed on the Platform is provided by issuers and is for informational purposes only. Kyte Invest does not independently verify issuer information.
6.3 Kyte Invest does not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any investment opportunity.
6.4 You acknowledge that all investment decisions are made solely by you, based on your own assessment and due diligence.
7. Refunds & Campaign Outcomes
7.1 Refund requests may be made within 48 hours of a successful transaction, except in the following cases:
Discounted or special offerings
Transactions made during the final 48 hours of a campaign
7.2 If a fundraising campaign fails to raise at least 75% of its stated target, it shall be treated as unsuccessful.
7.3 In such cases, invested amounts shall be refunded to the registered bank account within 7 working days from the date of campaign closure.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Krasha Financial Services Private Limited.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
8.3 Any unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
9. Third-Party Links
9.1 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites for convenience.
9.2 Kyte Invest does not control or endorse such third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies.
9.3 Your use of third-party websites is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind.
10.2 Kyte Invest shall not be liable for:
Investment losses or loss of capital
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Errors, delays, or omissions in Platform content
Actions or omissions of issuers or third parties
10.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyte Invest disclaims all liability arising from use of the Platform.
11. Indemnity
11.1 You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kyte Invest, its directors, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your breach of these Terms
Misuse of the Platform
Violation of applicable laws
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
12.2 Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
12.3 The seat of arbitration shall be Delhi, proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitral award shall be final and binding.
12.4 Courts at Delhi shall have jurisdiction where arbitration is not applicable.
13. Payments & Virtual Accounts
13.1 Users may be provided with a virtual or escrow bank account with an RBI-regulated bank to facilitate transactions on the Platform.
13.2 By using the Platform, you consent to the opening and operation of such accounts for transaction settlement purposes.
14. Amendments
14.1 Kyte Invest reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
14.2 Continued use of the Platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes.
