2. Loss of Capital

• Investments in startups or early-stage ventures (“Companies”) are speculative and involve a high degree of risk.

• Such Companies may not have an established operating history, proven business model, or predictable revenue streams, and therefore may not generate returns or may result in partial or total loss of invested capital.

• it is generally advisable to invest only a portion of your investable surplus and to maintain a diversified investment portfolio to mitigate overall risk.

3. Lack of Liquidity

• Investments made through the Platform are typically in unlisted or privately held Companies.

• Such investments are inherently illiquid, as there may be no established secondary market for the sale or transfer of securities.

• You may be unable to sell, transfer, or exit your investment for an indefinite period or at all.
  
  

4. Rarity of Dividends

• Early-stage Companies generally reinvest earnings into business growth and may not declare or distribute dividends.

7. Taxation

• You may be liable to pay taxes on any dividends, distributions, or gains arising from your investments.

• Tax treatment may vary depending on your personal circumstances and applicable laws.

• You are solely responsible for compliance with tax obligations and are advised to consult a qualified tax advisor.

8. No Liability of Kyte Invest

• In consideration of your access to and use of the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that all investment decisions are made by you independently.

• You agree to hold Kyte Invest and Krasha Financial Services Private Limited harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from investment risks, including those described above.

9. Refund Eligibility

• You may request a refund within 2 (Two) hours from the time of a successful transaction made through the Platform.

• Refund requests shall not be accepted in the following cases:
      (i) Discounted or special offerings;
      (ii) Investments made during the final 48 hours of a fundraising campaign.
  
  

10. Failed Campaigns

• A fundraising campaign shall be considered unsuccessful if it fails to raise at least 75% of its stated target amount within the campaign duration.

• In the event of an unsuccessful campaign, the invested amount shall be refunded to your registered bank account within 7 (seven) working days from the date of campaign closure.
  
  

11. Mode of Refund

• All refunds shall be processed only to the bank account originally used or registered on the Platform.

• Kyte Invest shall not be responsible for delays caused due to banking systems or third-party payment service providers.
  
  

12. Final Acknowledgement

• By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure and Refund Policy.

• You further acknowledge that investments facilitated through the Platform are made at your sole risk and discretion.
